DIY magically healing toothpaste and serum

“Do you ever wish your toothpaste magically healed your teeth?

Me too. When my daughter was 2, she had a defective molar. The dentists said the tooth would last six months to a year.

I went home and started doing research on dental health and what teeth are made of.

I discovered your tooth enamel is made up of many different minerals. Over time your teeth can lose these minerals reducing the strength of your enamel. I found that brushing with a blend of 3 organic natural clays, you can get these minerals to absorb into your enamel.

Over time these minerals will begin to strengthen, and remineralize your teeth. All by having her brush with specific minerals, she was able to SAVE that molar.

Dirty Mouth Toothpowder was created to save my daughters teeth. When it worked, I realized I could help a lot of other people out.” -via Primal Life Organics.

This was an ad for selling their products, which sound great!! And probably are. But wouldn’t you love to make them yourself for much less $$$?

I’ve been making my own products for years and believe me, it’s really easy to clean, whiten, detoxify and strengthen your teeth and gums for less money than you can buy in any store. .

————————–

Their Toothpowder Ingredients :

Bentonite clay, kaolin clay, French green clay, baking soda, and essential oils or flavorings of either peppermint, spearmint, clove bud etc…

—————————-

I add coconut oil to mine to make a paste instead of a powder. Plus a little activated charcoal to really whiten those choppers and detoxify your whole mouth. But if you want to use a powder only, just dip your brush in coconut oil before starting.

Some like to use charcoal separately because of the black color. But if you don’t mind it, the properties are truly whitening magic.

Depressed? Try these natural serotonin boosters

Too many times we hear, see and experience sadness, depression, and anxiety in our society. Many suffer terribly with these maladies and I wish I could help each and everyone…even if it’s only one soul that finds a smile in nature to ease some of their sorrow.

More and more these days, plants are finding a medicinal purpose in our lives, people like natural cures rather than subjecting themselves to harsh man-made chemicals and pills.

Essential oils like Citrus oils are happy and bright. I’ve written a lot on the subject of

depression, anxiety and how nature’s gifts can help with these issues.

Be sure to read this first if you’re new to using essential oils.

I also found another great checklist of nature’s seratonin boosters.. See this one for more on the subject.   increase seratonin with these natural remedies

And try these essential oil blends to brighten your life:

..💖Love was created by ROCKY MOUNTAIN OILS... it’s such a joyful scent and is reminiscent of my YELLOWSTAR ESSENTIALS blend, though mine has the addition of Roman chamomile, and Tunisian neroli …wearing it or inhaling  it brings back memories of being loved, being held, and sharing loving times and feelings.  ðŸ’–
It’s very calming and helps overcome depression. This blend will help you deal with stress and other nervous conditions. Use when you are treating anxiety and overwhelming negative emotions. It especially helps you forgive others.💖
It also helps you overcome grief and let go of negative experiences. When there is overwhelming grief, the adenoids and the adrenals shut down, this blend may help open these glands so you can get control of the grief instead of it controlling you.

💖Scent:  Love has a soothing, subtle scent to it, with fruity overtones and warm undertones that make you smile.

💖Ingredients: Essential oils of: Lemon, Orange, Geranium, Bergamot, Red Mandarin, Ylang Ylang Extra, and Turkish Rose, Roman Chamomile and Tunisian Neroli  in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

💖Caution: This blend contains photosensitive oils (may cause dark spots on the skin if the applied area is exposed to the direct sunlight). So stay out of sunlight for 2-3 hours after application.
Contains 66% Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO).

Natural Holistic Remedies for Shingles

Just recently a good friend of mine came down with shingles. Aww man, I feel so bad for her. It must be horrible, and I wish there was more I could do for her to ease her suffering, so it prompted me to look it up in my article list. Sure enough, I found it was one of my orphaned articles from the old Yahoo Contributor Network / Associated Content library. I’m going to pass is on to her and hopefully have enough ingredients to make her my relief spray. She’s at the doc’s now, and hopefully they’ll give her something to alleviate the horrible symptoms.

Anyway, here’s the article from 2009 in it’s entirety:

There are so many natural and holistic remedies for all types of maladies these days that it is difficult to weed through all the bad or mis-information strewn across the web. This series of articles, “Natural Holistic Remedies” will address only the tried and true remedies and natural therapies, either through personal experience or gathered from trusted sources. I’ve been studying these types of holistic cures and aids for over over 20 years and have discovered many new concepts as well as debunking some older (and some newer ones too).

General Shingles Information

Shingles, also known as herpes zoster, is a viral infection of the nerve roots. Shingles affects the nerve endings in the skin and results in pain and a rash. Shingles affects 750,000 Americans annually. It can strike at any age but is most common in people older than 40.

Possible Causes of Shingles

Shingles is caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox When a person has chicken pox, it lives dormant in the body. If it becomes active, it results in a case of the shingles, not another bout of the chicken pox. Approximately 90 percent of people who have chicken pox are at risk of developing shingles. Stress, cancer, use of anti-cancer drugs, spinal cord injuries, the common cold and immune system problems can trigger shingles. People who have never contracted chicken pox have very little chance of developing shingles.

Possible Symptoms of Shingles

The first signs of shingles appear as three or four days of chills, fever, body aches and sometimes pain in the affected area. Then tiny blisters with red rims appear, along with extreme pain and sensitivity at the site. Other symptoms of shingles include fatigue, numbness, depression, tingling, shooting pains, swollen lymph nodes, headache and fever. This phase usually lasts one week to 10 days, when the blisters dry up and fall off. In most cases, shingles lasts a few weeks, but some people can experience pain for months.

Possible Lifestyle Changes for Shingles

There is no way to prevent shingles, but people can avoid getting chicken pox by being immunized with the vermicelli vaccine. People who have never had chicken pox should avoid contact with anyone who has the disease. Avoid contact with anyone with shingles because the fluid from the blisters is extremely contagious. Pregnant women, infants, children and anyone with immune deficiencies should not be in contact with anyone with chicken pox or shingles. Also, things like meditation, Yoga, Pilates, or any naturally calming practices will help keep shingles to a minimum as stress makes shingles worse. Try to keep stress and anxiety to a minimum, whatever works for you!

Personal Experience: Shingles “Natural Remedy” Skeptics

If you’ve ever had shingles before, you know the pain that can be associated with it. Both a cousin and a friend of mine came down with shingles and were both in serious enough pain to ask me for help. While one was very skeptic of “natural cures”, the other was right away willing to try my natural remedy. Needless to say, after making them my “Shingles Relief Spray” and advising them of some dietary adjustments, they are both believers and ask me for all kinds of natural cures and advice now.

Beneficial Dietary & Herbal Aids

  • L-Lysine is important for healing and for fighting the virus that causes shingles.
  • Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids aids in fighting the shingles virus.
  • Vitamin B Complex is needed for nerve health and to counteract deficiencies.
  • Zinc enhances immunity and protects against infection.
  • Calcium and Magnesium for nerve function and healing.
  • Garlic is excellent for building the immune system.
  • SAMe aids in reducing pain and inflammation.
  • Cayenne relieves pain and aids healing.
  • Lemon Balm – This lemon scented herb helps the body fight viruses.
  • Licorice – The licorice has virus-fighting ingredients that can inhibit the herpes simplex virus. It appears to interfere with the growth of the virus. It also fights inflammation and can be used instead of products containing cortisone without the side effects. Taken internally, it can be used as a tea and is often blended with other herbs for taste. Do not take for longer than 6 weeks at a time, and do not take licorice if you have high blood pressure or a history of heart disease.
  • Alfalfa and Dandelion promotes healing.
  • Baikal Skullcap This is an herb that has been used since ancient times in China. It fights bacteria and infections, so it is helpful in treating shingles as well as many other conditions. Used topically, you can make a paste using the ground root mixed with water. Apply the paste to the affected areas as needed.
  • Astragalus Root and Echinacea boosts immune function.
  • Bi phaya yaw (Clinacanthus nutans)- an herb used in traditional Thai medicine, has been shown in clinical studies to shorten the time it takes to recover from shingles in some cases. It is applied in cream form.
  • Olive leaf extract aids in fighting the virus of shingles. Eat plenty of foods that contain vitamin B6, including bananas, nuts, potatoes, and sweet potatoes.
  • A combination of oat straw, St. John’s wort, and skullcap helps to reduce stress and itching. Mix equal amounts of oat straw, St. John’s wort, and skullcap tinctures together, and take one teaspoon of this mixture four times daily.

Essential Oil Recipe Blends & Dilutions for Energy Work; Clearing & Balancing the Chakras

If you’re interested in making your own essential oil blends, or just wondered what might go into specific recipes for energy work, read on, I have a real treat for you. This was originally written for YahooContributor back in ’09, but since they’ve shut down the site, it needed a home.

It includes:

Primer, “Rose Base” Recipe (used in many of the following recipes), Clearing Room Spray, Positive Energy Spray, Setting Up Boundaries or for Protection Blend, Asking for Spiritual Guidance Blend, Clearing the Aura After Energy Healing Work Blend, and a beautiful Facial Winter Spritzer.

None of the links in this article work, they are no longer linked to Yahoo as the site has been taken down.So here’s another of my orphaned articles I’ll share it with you here… I’m working on finding homes for the rest of them. 🙂

enjoy!!

First, a primer, or a little refresher course-

 About Dilution of Essential Oils:

Almost all pure essential oils should be used diluted (mixed with a carrier such as sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, etc.), especially if you will be using them on the skin. Remember that essential oils are extremely concentrated, as they include the whole spirit or “life blood” of the plant, flower, resin or root they originated from. Did you know that it takes 30 large roses to make 1 drop of rose oil, and 60,000 roses (about 180 lbs. of rose petals) to make 1 ounce of Rose oil? Now you know why it is so expensive!

Really, none of the essential oils should be applied neat (undiluted) with the exception of lavender or tea tree essential oils. And remember too, that they come from natural plants so some may be allergic to their properties. Please try a patch test before using any essential oil blend on your skin by applying 1 drop of diluted essential oil to the inside of your elbow, cover it with a band-aid and leave for 24 hours to check for allergic reaction.

Dilution Ratios for Blends and Essential Oil Recipes

Using the following ratios for your essential oil blends and recipes should keep you within the safe zone.

  • 60 drops e.o. / 1 oz. carrier = 10% dilution ( for room sprays, aromatic spritzers, + inhalers)
  • 30 drops of e.o. (like rose, jasmine, neroli, sandalwood, etc.) to 1 oz carrier such as Fractionated Coconut Oil or Jojoba makes 5% dilution.
  • 20 drops e.o. / 1 oz = 3% dilution.
  • 15 drops essential oils / 1 oz of carrier is called a 2.5% “normal” dilution.
  • 9 drops essential oils / 1 oz of carrier would constitute a “light dilution”, also called a 1.5% dilution.
  • 6 drops e.o. / 1 oz carrier is 1% dilution
  • FOR INFANTS or SMALL CHILDREN, ELDERLY or PREGNANT use 3-6 drops e.o.  / 1 oz of carrier for a  0.5-1% dilution
  • There’s about 600 total drops in 1 fluid ounce if you want to figure out a different dilution percentage.

Body sprays can handle up to 60 drops of e.o. per every 4 ounces of carrier, and for room sprays, up to 100 drops per every 4 ounces of water (or carrier) is the normal range .

 ON to the good stuff!!

Extending Expensive Essential Oils and “Rose Base” Recipe:

Creating a 5% or 10% dilution is also a great way to extend the life of the more expensive oils (like rose, sandalwood, jasmine or neroli). For example, to make a “rose base” add 30 drops of rose otto to 1 ounce of fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil –because of their little to no scent and long lasting properties – use this as your “scented base” for the recipes calling for rose.

If you have a really nice rose otto or rose absolute use this method to really open up the scent, as right out of the bottle rose absolute is quite overpowering and bombards the senses. With most essential oils it seems the more they are diluted, the more delicate the aroma, allowing the scent to fully open and be appreciated for all its attributes. Essential oils like lemon or lavender do not need to be stored this way, as they are light enough to begin with, so just keep them in the dark bottles they came in, and store in a cool and dark place.

For Energy Work use this Cleansing and Clearing Blend:

  • 25 drops of Lavender,
  • 20 drops of Rosemary,
  • 20 drops of Lemon,
  • 15 drops of Cedarwood (Atlas),
  • 5 drops of Eucalyptus,
  • 5 drops of Juniper,
  • 5 drops of Pine, and
  • 5 drops of “rose base”
  • in 4 ounces of purified water

Makes a lovely room or “space-clearing” spray, or use a few drops of the undiluted blend in a diffuser.

Use a “normal” or “light” dilution if using as a body spray. Make sure to always shake well before each use.

MORE RECIPES:

Positive Energy Spray:

  • 4 ounces of purified (or distilled) water
  • 10 drops of “Rose base”,
  • 10 drops of cedarwood (Atlas),
  • 7 drops of vetiver,
  • 7 drops rosewood ,
  • 9 drops of lavender,
  • 6 drops “neroli base”,
  • 12 drops pink grapefruit,
  • 12 drops of orange,
  • 12 drops of tangerine,
  • 8 drops of lemon,
  • 8 drops of bergamot (BF–bergaptene free)

Shake well and use as a room spray. For a body spray, use about 45-60 drops of this blend and add it to 4 ounces of distilled or purified water, shake well each time before use.

Cleansing and Positive Energy Combination Spray:

To cleanse the space and bring positive energy at the same time, you might want to try one of these combinations:

  • 30 drops Pink Grapefruit,
  • 25 drops Lemon,
  • 25 drops Tangerine, and
  • 20 drops Lavender
  • with 4 ounces purified water.

Or

  • 35 drops Cedarwood (Atlas),
  • 35 drops Grapefruit,
  • 20 drops of Orange, and
  • 10 drops “rose base”
  • added to 4 ounces of purified water.

Always shake well before using.

Setting up Boundaries or Protection blend:

You might want to use this blend to aid in protecting your space from negativity or bad energy:

  • 1 drop fennel,
  • 3 drops of rosemary,
  • 3 drops of juniper,
  • 8 drops of lemon,
  • 2 drops of hyssop and
  • 3 drops of vetiver
  • diluted into 1-4 ounces of carrier

You can use a few drops of this blend for an anointing oil, or use a few drops of the blend diluted in 4 ounces of purified water as a spray.

Asking for Spiritual Guidance blend:

Add 1 drop of the following blend placed on the “third eye” chakra before meditation or asking for spiritual guidance:

  • 7 drops of cedarwood (Atlas),
  • 3 drops “neroli base”,
  • 3 drops of “rose base”,
  • 2 drops of jasmine,
  • 1 tiny drop of angelica (pre-diluted at in a carrier as angelica is VERY strong),
  • 1 drop of both German and Roman chamomiles,
  • 7 drops of lavender,
  • 4 drops of geranium,
  • 1 drop of cistus (pre-diluted in a carrier) and
  • 4 drops of frankincense (pre-diluted in a carrier)

blended into 1 ounce of jojoba, sweet almond, grapeseed, or unscented coconut oil,

this may also be added to 2 ounces of purified water to make a spray if you’d rather not place anointing blend directly on skin.

To clear the Aura after Energy Healing work;

It is best to use a drop of rose base diluted in purified water sprayed around you, or one drop of rose base diluted in a carrier oil as an anointing oil to clear the aura, though, the clearing spray works fine too.

Facial Spritzer Winter Recipe:

A nice winter facial spritzer for almost all skin types

  • 3 drops of the “rose base”
  • and 3 drops of the “neroli base”
  • ( no more than 10 drops total maximum)

added to 4 ounces of one of the following;

  • purified water,
  • rose,lavender or neroli hydrosols,
  • or even distilled water.

My favorite facial spritzer in the winter is;

  • 4 oz. of neroli hydrosol,
  • 4 drops of “neroli base” (you can also use a 3% dilution for any of the “base” recipes such as “rose base” or “neroli base” ),
  • 2 drops of geranium,
  • 2 drops of sandalwood and
  • 2 drops of bergamot; but make sure the bergamot is bergaptene free (or bf). Bergaptene content in regular bergamot causes photosensitivity and since the bergaptene has been removed in this type, it allows it to be used in skin and hair care formulations without worrying about sun exposure after use.

Mix together the essential oils and hydrosols in a dark glass or PET plastic (PET is a type of plastic that can withstand essential oils) spray bottle, shake well before each use, and spray over face anytime for a nice moisturizing spritz.

citrus oils may help with liver cancer

How wonderful and exciting!

I love finding science about the wonders of essential oils. Many scientists are studying essential oils  and how they effect our bodies.

Check this out!…..

(lemonyellowcitrusNaturalNews) A new study published in the journal Archives of Biochemistry and Biophysics suggests that the scent of citronella can inhibit the growth of cancer cells, including cancer of the liver. Researchers from the Ruhr University Bochum, say terpenes, a main component of essential oils, can prevent or slow cancer cell growth.

Headed by Professor Dr. Hanns Hatt, a team of scientists analyzed the molecular mechanisms by which cancer cell growth is slowed, using citronellal, the primary chemical compound responsible for giving citrus its distinctive lemon scent. Their experiment identified the olfactory receptor OR1A2 as being crucial for stopping cancer cell replication.

Large amounts of plant matter are needed to extract just a tiny bit of essential oil, explaining the product’s markup on store shelves.

Used for centuries by many cultures around the world, essential oils offer many health benefits and have been used to treat a variety of ailments including asthma, bronchitis, HIV, heart strokes and many others.

Essential oils help protect you from bacteria, viruses and fungi

Aside from improving your health, essential oils can help make your skin more beautiful, as well as assist with relaxation and sleep. There are more than 90 essential oils, all of them having their own unique benefits. You can reap the benefits of essential oils by applying them directly to your skin, through inhalation or by using a diffuser.

This latest experiment involving essential oils zeros in on the power of scent, unlocking the key to our bodies’ sense of smell and how that relates to fighting disease.

Due to their many benefits, essential oils are being widely researched for their antiviral, antibacterial and fungicidal properties. Terpenes, which are produced by a variety of plants, were thought to influence cancer cell growth; however, how that actually worked was not well understood until recently.

The following is a comment from a trusted professional Robert Tisserand about cancer and essential oils:

There’s no evidence at all that frankincense oil would be helpful in colon cancer. There is evidence from in vitro testing that the following oils might be helpful: cinnamon bark, lime, rose, turmeric and caraway. However, there is virtually nothing known about appropriate dosing. A clinical aromatherapist might be able to help you. A very promising treatment is turmeric extract high in curcumin, usually available in capsule form. There is a lot of information online about curcumin, turmeric and cancer.

Can Essential Oils Help with Depression? Using Aromatherapy as a Mood Regulator

—–> Before using any essential oils, please read this helpful primer: Uses of Essential Oils:

Originally from my Yahoo repertoire, I decided to add this gem to my blog. Happy new year!Essential Oils for the Different Types of Skin

With this article, I’ll show you how it’s possible to employ pure  essential oils to help ease depression and lessen anxiety, simply and naturally.

First things first, if you’ve never used essential oils before, read a primer I wrote on essential oils, what they are and the difference between therapeutic grade and most “on the market” essential oils called “Many Helpful Suggestions on Uses of Essential Oils” before delving into this article, it will save you lots of questions. (Since my links/articles are still orphaned and looking for homes, for the purposes of safety, and if you are not familiar with essential oils please research them before using these potent beauties. Some may be harmful if used incorrectly.

Robert Tisserand, Kurt Schnaubelt, and a few other professionals have authored some incredibly informative books if you plan on using e.o.s on a regular basis.  See Recommmended Reading page here; https://yellowstaressentials.wordpress.com/recommended-reading/

More and more these days, plants are finding a medicinal purpose in our lives, people like natural cures rather than subjecting themselves to harsh man-made chemicals and pills.

A depressed emotional state is a common reason for using complementary and alternative therapies today. A wide range of psychological, physical, and energetic issues can lead to feelings of depression and a pervasive outlook of negativity. Moreover, once in a state of depression, patterns can arise that make relief all the more difficult to find. The use of essential oils for uplifting the psyche and spirit is becoming more widespread because of the oils’ broad and dramatic effects. While the oils themselves may not directly affect the underlying cause of depression, they may help individuals break free from depressive cycles – they may provide the impetus to ‘get off the couch’, so to speak, and begin creating long lasting change.”Ananda Apothecary

Can essential oils help with anxiety?

The short answer is yes. The how and why are a bit more scientific, but suffice to say that it’s true what they say, “your nose knows”. You’ve definitely experienced this before. A good example would be smelling a freshly baked apple pie and remembering Grandma’s house in the country when you were just a kid. That’s your limbic system at work. Basically, your sense of smell is the shortest and quickest way into your brain, including your memory banks, through the limbic system ( which is the seat of the emotional center and is partly responsible for our our emotional reaction to something, our fight or flight response, our hormonal secretions, motivation, pain reflex and our mood fluctuations). Some essential oils have thousands of chemicals contained within a tiny drop, and some have only a few, but they all have purposes, and can all cause strong reactions when inhaled or used on the skin.

Can essential oils help with depression?

Again, the short answer is yes they can, in the same way they can help with anxiety, essential oils can also aid in reducing melancholy and heightening happy feelings or uplifting your mood by pure science of chemistry. Just knowing what chemicals to use, and that they are pure therapeutic grade essential oils can really ‘make or break’ the deal. Essential oils are really just natural science by God, given to us as “medicine” whether it be for the body (physical), mind (mental), or spirit (emotional and spiritual).

The best therapeutic grade essential oils to use to lift your spirits and put you in a better mood are as follows:

Essential Oils that are Antidepressant mood regulators:

Rose or rose otto – the best ‘heart opener’, aids with joy, uplifts and restores balance
Orange– any citrus oil uplifts and brightens your mood, they are ‘sun in a bottle’, grounding, nourishing, energizing
Bergamot – relaxes nerves and refreshes the spirit
Geranium – like rose, wonderful for work of the heart
Mandarin – another citrus uplifter, but with a more mellow property, works wonders on children
Lemon – super sunshine in a bottle, very uplifting, grounding, nourishing, energizing
Neroli (orange blossom) – comforts the mind and heart, natural tranquillizer for shock, depression or anxiety
Chamomiles – grounding and uplifting

Essential Oils for Anxiety or Stress

Lavender – calming, regenerating, balancing
Chamomiles – remarkable calming effects
Clary Sage – calming, relaxing, balancing,
Geranium – calming, balancing, protecting
Rose or rose otto
Mandarin – wonderful for calming children too
Lemon – refreshing and gentle calming
Bergamot- relaxing, uplifting
Vetiver -very calming, centering, and stabilizing
Neroli– nourishing to spirit and soul, cooling and calming
Palmarosa – calming and uplifting nerves, reduces anxiety
Sweet Marjoram – sedative and toning, immediate calming effect
Frankincense– warming, calming, quieting, awakens the spirit, centering, meditative, new enlightenment of self and encourages an unconditional love
Coriander- healing and anti-inflammatory, aids feelings of security to anyone who is not grounded and calms the spirit

How to use these essential oils for anxiety or depression

There are a variety of ways you can use these essential oils to aid in mood regulation. Two being: INHALATION AND TOPICAL APPLICATION.

Diffusers-Inhalation

One of the simplest ways is to use a diffuser for your personal or work space. Most are quite simple to use either by adding water and a few drops of essential oil, and plugging it in, or by a candle warming the water and oil mixture. You can find them just about anywhere now, from the grocery store to ebay and Amazon , aromatherapy stores or specialty stores. Click Here To Visit Diffuser World.

NebulizersInhalation

There are also nebulizers which are even better at dispersing essential oils into the air.

Car DiffusersInhalation

These plug right into your cigarette lighter or extra power source in your dash or console of your car. Take the fresh scent with you and brighten up your day instead of complaining about traffic. After diffusing something like lemon or peppermint in your car I guarantee you’ll spark right up and have a smile on your face.

Topical Application:

Best used by adding essential oils to an unscented lotion, aloe vera gel or diluted with an oil, for example, getting a massage.

Straight application:

Although this method is not recommended often as essential oils are potent and may be too strong for some people. Many are sensitive to the extreme potency of a therapeutic grade essential oil, but if you’re feeling brave and have used essential oils before (especially Lavender, one of the safest out there) then feel free to use a couple drops in your palms and rub together to release the scent. You can dab it under your nose, rub a couple drops into your wrists or the like. I would only try this with the following oils:

Lavender, Rose, Neroli, Geranium, Lemon, Mandarin, (almost any citrus oil, but beware citrus oils are phototoxic; meaning don’t wear them in the sun)

Massage:

There is so much I could say about the wonders of massage…but I don’t want to lose you so I’ll just say that if you can get one, DO! They are the best preventative medicine available to us and with the use of essential oils added to your massage lotion, gel or oil, you won’t believe the miracles that can happen. Just ask any Massage Therapist or “Raindrop Technique Therapist” and you’ll get an ear-full of how magical a massage can be. If your loved one is giving the loving massage, use a MAXIMUM of, or no more than 8-10 drops per oz. as essential oils are very potent. It’s better to use less and add more if needed. Just choose your carrier oil, gel or unscented lotion and add your choice of therapeutic grade essential oils and mix well.

Remember, it’s always better to try than to give up, so smile and know someone is thinking of you and wishes the very best for your health and well-being!
