Read on  to find out how to take simple ingredients and transform those dry heels into touchable tootsies that are soft enough to play footsie with your honey anytime.

First thing after getting home from work, take off those shoes and soak those tired tootsies in a hot foot bath with a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Peppermint is tops on the list of essential oils to use for feet as it not only cools, but refreshes and eliminates any kooties that may be clinging to your skin.

Even better, if you have the time, would be to make a salt soak for them!

peppy feet salt soak

ingredients:
1/2 cup or 4 oz of epsom salts
1 1/2 tsp. or about 8ml of grapeseed, sweet almond, olive or carrier oil of your choice
5-6 drops peppermint essential oil

Just mix 1/2 cup of epsom salts, one and 1/2 teaspoons of grapeseed, olive or carrier oil of your choice and approximately 5-6 drops of peppermint essential oil, stir that all together and use about 2 tablespoons or so of the mixture in a 15 minute foot bath…aaahhh, heaven.
