It is now widely accepted that we are not just physical beings, but mental, emotional and spiritual bodies as well, all inter-connected as a whole instead of just one or the other. So it stands to reason that if we are depressed, anxious, stressed, fatigued, jealous, and angry or a mixture of any of these emotions on a constant basis these ‘negative energies’ will cause us to become sick, diseased or affect us negatively in our physical bodies.

Our Creator gave us many plants, herbs, flowers and trees; the ‘flora’ of the earth to help us heal our ills with natural medicine. Even sunshine and fresh air, the act of just being outside can help us feel better when we’re not 100 percent. Essential oils are concentrated forms of those natural medicines that have been used for a millennia (essential oils’ usage can be traced back over 5,000 years) with their uses passed down from the ages and most still hold true to this modern day.

More and more of us are going back to nature again to relieve our ills and take notice of the natural world to aid in our healing. The age of synthetic medicines is becoming less and less of a trusted source, as people are becoming aware that these man-made synthetics hold very low vibrational energies, and only temporarily subdue the symptoms of our ailments, instead of dealing with the illness as a whole, or the root of the illness or disease, and aren’t really “healing” us at all, just making us more dependent on the synthetics and the doctors who prescribe them. We are more than just physical beings, and want more than just to mask our symptoms.
